Payment & Account Questions
The monthly pledge... What does it go toward?

Your monthly pledge becomes store credit. You can buy whatever product you like for that month, or you can keep your store credit and choose to wait.

Can I switch between levels of membership?

Yes, at any time. You may also put your account on hold, which suspends any pledge payments until you choose to come back to us.

Can I skip a month?

Absolutely. You may put your account on hold at any time. Please Contact Us and we’d be happy to put your account on hold for as long as you want.

Why do I need to pay monthly?

Our performance depends on having wholesale buying power. The more pledges we have, the more negotiation power we have, and we are able to score much bigger discounts that are passed directly to you.

Can I buy meat without a membership?

If you are within our delivery area, yes. However you will not get the full member discount, and if the deal sells out our members get the first dibs. If you purchase a deal that gets sold out and members get priority, if there isn’t enough left for the non-members, you will receive a full refund.

Is a monthly pledge a monthly payment?

Yes, and you get full dollar-for-dollar credit for your monthly pledge.

Please call us and we will put your account on hold.

How do I cancel?

You may cancel at any time by visiting My Account, and selecting “Cancel” under My Subscriptions. You may also call us and we can cancel your account for you.
